HOW TO ACCESS SERVICES

If you are living with HIV/AIDS in the state of Alaska, and would like to receive services, call 263-2050 (Anchorage) or 800 478-2437. One of our staff will talk with you about your needs and set up a time you can meet to complete the intake process.

To receive services you will be asked to provide written medical verification of your HIV status, annual income and answer questions to help us better understand you current resources and needs.

DATA GATHERING DISCLOSURE

Client Services at Alaskan AIDS Assistance Association (Four A's) include: case management, housing assistance, client education, supportive services, food bank and transportation.

Four A's offers these services in Anchorage and throughout the entire state to persons living with HIV/AIDS who are not served by Interior AIDS Association in Fairbanks.

Services are confidential, free of charge and offered in a respectful, client-centered approach. Four A's has Spanish speaking staff and accesses interpreters for other languages as needed.
