Four A's provides housing and/or supportive services to those living with HIV infection whose household income is less than 80% of median income. Client Resources Staff work with cleints to develop individualized housing program plans. Plans focus on getting individuals into permanent housing by accessing mainstream resources, giving community housing resources referrals and working with clients to give them the life skills and tools needed to hold a lease. Four A's owns and manages 19 units of housing and through grants is able to offer financial assistance to qualifying clients for short-term rent/mortgage and utility assistance, long-term rental assistance and transitional housing.
