Learning that you are HIV positive can be overwhelming and cause a mix of emotions including anger, loneliness, hatred, fear and confusion. It is important to know what you are feeling is normal and you are not alone.
The Four A’s has experienced staff members that will help you process these emotions and determine next steps. The staff is trained to help you identify your resources, determine needs and figure out how to fill any gaps that may exist.

When you come for your appointment, please bring:
- Proof of your income and the income of other members of your family living with you.
Examples are: - 1 months of pay stubs
- Social Security Printout
- Unemployment documentation
- Last tax return
- Proof of medical insurance
- Proof of your HIV/AIDS Diagnosis - letter from your doctor or who performed the HIV test
Be prepared to answer questions of a personal nature. Through answering these questions and completing the screening/in-take process, you can help us determine how best to serve you. Possible outcomes from this meeting will be assistance in locating a medical provider, housing assistance, food, etc. A list of services is available on our website.
