HOUSING
Four A's provides housing and/or supportive services to those living with HIV infection whose household income is less than 80% of median income. Housing Support Services Staff work with clients to develop individualized housing program plans. Plans focus on getting individuals into permanent housing by accessing mainstream resources, giving community-housing resources referrals and working with clients to give them the life skills and tools needed to hold a lease. Four A's owns and manages 23 units of housing and through grants is able to offer financial assistance to qualifying clients for short-term rent/mortgage and utility assistance, long-term rental assistance and transitional housing.
