This disclosure is to provide notice to the public of the Alaskan AIDS Assistance Association (Four A’s) intent to petition Housing of Urban Development (HUD) for a waiver from regulation #24 CFR 574.625 - Conflict of Interest. The waiver will allow the Four A’s to provide assistance to any employee who is living with HIV/AIDS services under the Housing Of People With AIDS (HOPWA) grant. An employee who is living with HIV/AIDS will be required to meet all grant eligibility criteria and follow all procedures.

Client Services at Alaskan AIDS Assistance Association (Four A's) include: case management, housing assistance, client education, supportive services, food bank and transportation.
Four A's offers these services in Anchorage and throughout the entire state to persons living with HIV/AIDS who are not served by Interior AIDS Association in Fairbanks.
Services are confidential, free of charge and offered in a respectful, client-centered approach. Four A's has Spanish speaking staff and accesses interpreters for other languages as needed.
If you are living with HIV infection in the state of Alaska, and would like to receive any services, call 263-2050 in Anchorage area or 1 800 478-2437 in the rest of the state. One of our staff will talk with you about your needs and tell you how we are able to assist you.
To receive services you will be asked to provide written medical verification of your HIV status and work with one of our staff to complete a brief intake form. For some services you will need to provide verification of financial status as some services are income level dependent as dictated by supporting grants.
