Director of Client Resources

The Alaskan AIDS Assistance Association (Four A’s) seeks a dynamic and proven leader to lead its Client Resources department.  The Director will supervise a diverse staff providing comprehensive case management services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS and their families, manage all housing services, administer grants and ensure all services meet funding guidelines and/or State or Federal law, provide financial oversight of programs, be responsible for oversight of all client records and databases, and represent the agency in the community. 
Masters degree preferred; a bachelor degree is required in human services, social services, or related field.  A minimum of three years direct experience in social services, and a minimum of three years in supervision and management required.  Experience in HIV/AIDS, mental health, substance abuse or other terminal illnesses preferred.  Proven track record as a leader, excellent communication skills, successful grant writing and monitoring experience, and strong ability to manage a diverse program.
